2009 Events at Seven Springs Tree Farm!

Dec. 5th (Saturday)

Adams County Winery - 12 pm to 2 pm
The idea behind wine tasting is as simple as this: Slow down. Relax and take the time to think about what you're drinking and enjoy it with all your senses. If you take the time to look for it, every glass contains a lesson in history, geography, agriculture, botany; sometimes anthropology, religion, psychology and more.

Adams County Winery, started in 1978, is a small farm winery located just minutes from Seven Springs Tree Farm.  Nestled against South Mountain, the climate is ideal for growing grapes that, in turn, make quality wines.

Keswick Creamery -11 am to 3 pm
Tasting and sales. A wide variety of delicious, locally produced cheeses available

Dec. 12th (Saturday)

Newfoundland Dogs sled pulling -10 am to 2 pm
Who would have thought slobber would become a holiday tradition? The big dogs are back for the seventh year in a row. Whether they are pulling your tree to your car, or posing for photos and kiddy hugs, you'll understand why the Newfies are our most popular event.

Keswick Creamery -11 am to 3 pm
Tasting and sales. A wide variety of delicious, locally produced cheeses available

Dec. 13th (Sunday)

Ambrosia Farm - 12:00 to 3:00 pm
Mead tasting. Fruity and herbal honey wines from Short Mead Kits available in our shop. Learn about the origins of mead and historic brewing practices.

Tom Jolin -12:30 to 4:00 pm
Playing the hammered dulcimer, Tom Jolin is a local treasure and we're really excited about him being back at Seven Springs for a sixth year. Sit back with a hot cocoa or jump right in and accompany Tom on spoons or a washtub bass. You may discover talents you never knew you had!

Tom's CD's will be available for purchase in the Seven Springs Gift Shop throughout the holiday season.
